Whatever you need in stainless

We stock and can source a wide range of SS304 or SS316 grade hydraulic threaded adaptors, hose inserts, compression; din or twin ferrule fittings, suitable for medium and high pressures such as 3K, 6K and 10K, in various sizes with appropriate seals such as viton or nitrile. Imperial and metric sizes, together with a range of stainless steel hose tails, valves, regulators, pressure gauges, hydraulic tube and quick release couplings are also available upon request. Thread types include BSP, BSPT, NPT and JIC etc.

Our low pressure stainless steel range 150LB in SS316 grade is also available in threaded adaptors, hose tails, unions, barrel nipples, socket welds, flanges and hygienic food quality fittings ranging from -20 degrees plus 260 degrees, 20 bar working pressure. We have Legris Stainless push-in pneumatic fittings from 4-12mm available next day.

Stainless steel flexible hose assemblies

We also assemble and produce a wide range of stainless steel hoses ranging from various sizes ranging from ¼” to 8”. Our products are multi-purpose and can be made to our client’s specification.

We produce PTFE hoses, multi spiral with SS304 or SS316 over braid and supply flexible metallic hose assemblies from our dedicated facility, the ATI (Assembly, Test & Inspection). We ensure strict quality control measures are in place and full traceability including acid etching and material 3.1b certification is available for each assembly (upon request).

We can test hoses in our ATI facility using our custom test rig, ensuring safety, high quality, and complete customer satisfaction.
