Reports to: Sales Manager

Hours: 8am – 16:30 Monday – Friday

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 dependent on experience

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Internal Sales professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on great customer service, can handle order processing and quote management, and enjoys being part of a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders, sales orders and quotes

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and chase quotes

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to support wider sales efforts

• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on leads

• Use internal systems like OGL (training provided)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Experience in internal sales, especially within an engineering or hydraulics setting

• Familiarity with order processing and CRM systems
